Museum of Bread Culture The unique museum is dedicated to the 6,000-year history of bread as an indispensable basis of human culture and civilisation. The permanent collection displays the methods of bread making and illustrates the social and cultural history of bread. It was the first museum of its kind in the world with the largest collection regarding the histroy of bread. Excellent art collection and special exhibitions.
