Boat Trips on the Danube
The Danube, the longest river in Western and Central Europe, is the link between Ulm and Neu-Ulm. At this point, the river is still relatively small and does not allow for the passage of large river craft. But that’s not such a bad thing, since it thus retains its quiet and romantic charm.
That is not to say there is no traffic on the river: River cruises by solar-powered boat are possible and are very popular with visitors to the twin-cities. |
