Augsburger Straße is the main artery of Neu-Ulm town centre. Recently redesigned and refurbished, it offers a wide range of specialist shops between Petrusplatz and Augsburgertor-Platz.

A traditional weekly market is held in Petrusplatz on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
